Refund Policy

Company guarantee, and refund policy shall be understood as the following: To any client that maintains 6 consecutive months of maintenance service, Boost Credability LLC shall guarantee their satisfaction of service:

Refunds will not be allowed if:

  • More than 40% of deletions has been achieved
  • A client attempts to get a refund before 6 months of service
  • The client has attempted to clean their file on their own during our time of service
  • The client used another credit agency within two years of starting to work with Boost Credability
  • The client fails to maintain a credit monitoring service
  • The client does not provide us with new correspondence received from the credit bureaus within 5 days of receipt.

The addition of new derogatory items will also void any refund requests. Boost Credability guarantees that we will use every effort in our power to legally dispute the client’s credit report. Guarantee will be satisfied if the client’s credit is improved during 6 months of continued service.

No refunds will be given to the client after the first round of disputes have been sent out to the credit bureaus under any circumstance. Client receives substantial documentation after sign up with clear details of the process and time frames, as well as explanation of services during the initial consultation and therefore, refund will not be given for misunderstanding of the process.

Client agrees by signing a contract that timing was specified to be 6 months and that no guarantee of deletion on any item or in any amount of time was given. Failure to follow instruction pertaining to refreshing of credit reports VOIDS any and all guarantees. If Client refreshes credit report and does so in a manner that’s inconsistent with the timing of disputes or results, a new report will need to be purchased or they will need to wait until a new free report is available. This can also hinder the process of removal and prohibit Service Provider from proving FCRA and FDCPA violations.

Failure to maintain consistent monthly payments to creditors and addition of at least 1 negative item to the credit file VOIDS any and all guarantees. Should any new negative information be added to the client’s credit file during the term of the agreement this will VOID any and all guarantees. Failure to maintain consistent and on time monthly payments to Boost Credability LLC during the term of the agreement, this will VOID any and all guarantees. Guarantee shall be considered satisfied if client’s credit is improved during 6 months of maintenance service.

Cancellation

Boost Credability LLC has a simplified cancellation policy. You can cancel your contract at any point. Send a cancellation request through our contact us page or give us a call.

A client can also cancel their contract within three days of signing the contract without incurring any penalty which is included in the contract a client signs. Any payment made by the client will be returned within 15 days of cancelling the contract.

Please send the dated and signed cancellation notice to Boost Credability at the address at the top of the contract if you wish to cancel the contract.
